Burial:
Find
out if the person who died had already arranged a grave space
in a churchyard or cemetery, by checking the will and looking
through their papers.
The
Church of England has set fees for burial and a funeral service
and set fees if the chaplain to the cemetery or crematorium takes
the service. There are extra fees for an organist, choir, church
heating and the erection of a headstone. The costs may be higher
for the burial of someone who did not live in the parish.
